Returns and Order Cancellations Policy
At Wuhan Top Co Ltd, our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Due to the specialized nature of the products we sell and the high demand, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns or cancellations once an order has been placed.
In-stock items are processed for shipment immediately after the order is received.
Backordered items are sent directly to our manufacturing-on-demand team for fulfillment.
Exceptions: We will replace items only in the following cases:
• The item was damaged in transit
• You received the wrong item
